Job Summary

Supports sales force by providing information and analyses that help drive the delivery of products and services to customers and distributors, and develops and implements market conduct compliance programs to ensure marketing practices meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Insurance Sales area
• Strong or verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders
• Strong project management skills
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry
• People management experience
 

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Ensure implementation and developments of market conduct compliance programs.
• Ensure marketing practices meet national/local laws and regulations.
• Develop training programs for home and field offices.
• Monitor, analyzes and reports out on sales campaigns.
• Contribute to and frequently provide leadership on project teams.
• Initiate process improvement.
• Monitor and analyze sales pipeline and target account activity.
• Perform account financial analysis and communicates findings to management.
• Contribute to sales plans, proposals, and research requests.
• Administer and/or update selected database, intranet or extranet resources to support sales programs.
• Identify market trends in order to develop programs that will have a positive impact on sales results.
• Establish and builds relationships with sales contacts.
• Deliver tools and information that effectively market and sell company products.
