Job Summary
Covering a wide spectrum of responsibilities from supporting annual strategic planning and initiatives prioritization, tracking actions progress and ensuring coordination across functional teams, strategize, and support company townhalls and other management level communication forums, to creating the CEO’s presentation decks.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
