Channel Marketing Associate


Key Role & Responsibility

  • Responsible for the successful creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and materials for use through our distribution channels
  • The Channel Marketing Associate is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive  growth in GWP through our distribution channels. 
  • The Channel Marketing Manager report directly to the Head of BMC and is responsible for the development and management of broad-based B2B/C marketing programs, implementation and results. 
  • This person will manage marketing efforts for awareness and engagement with our partners, providing materials and campaigns, as well as seasonal messages.
  • Work directly with Distribution Channel Heads to develop marketing plans for the year in order to drive GWP as well as RNPS.
  • Support the sales teams with materials for sales incentives and promotions
  • Manage marketing elements of key partner sponsorship activities, ensuring visibility, cut-through and value
  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with design, marketing communications and broader organization
  • Ensure the Zurich brand is well known and understood to employees of our partners - and their customers
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
  • Work with other key members of the team - such as marketing communications and strategy, planning and performance associates - to ensure alignment with activity in market
  • Under limited supervision, assists in the change in initiatives to position the department/wider business to meet changing business, industry, community, regulatory environmental requirements. Is responsible for implementing an annual communications strategy and plan, which delivers an integrated program of customer, distributor and sale activity to achieve agreed investment business targets and strategic objectives.

Notes/ Candidate Requirements

  • 5 years experience in B2B/ C marketing
  • Experience in managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
  • An individual with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise
  • Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong team player with effective stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral (Bahasa and English)
