Customer Acquisition Manager


Key Role & Responsibility

  • Responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing communications strategies for Zurich in Indonesia, including brand communications, campaign management, advertising, performance marketing, digital/ social media marketing and sponsorship. 
  • Manage a diverse team of marketing communications skillsets including campaign managers, digital performance managers, social media and copywriter
  • Optimize media mix to  drive customer acquisitions through a number of key channels including social, search, influencers, and web/app affiliate advertising networks.
  • Manage the supplier and agency relationships to drive their creative and media planning/ buying strategies.
  • Manage marketing brand, campaigns and sponsorship budget 
  • Manage key supplier relationships necessary to upgrade and maintain platform performance.
  • Work with regional and global teams to advise, plan and manage campaigns - feeding into global development, sharing and learning best practice
  • Deputize for head of BMC as required

Notes/ Candidate Requirements

  • Around 10 years experience in relevant field. 
  • Experience in marketing communications, brand communications, campaign management, advertising, performance marketing, digital/ social media marketing. 
  • I would expect someone here to be in an existing position (not stepping up as we need the experience) and could come from FMCG, retail, telecom…any number of industries which have strong marketing communication teams
