Job Summary

Is the first point of contact for the overall project portfolio for a respective business area. They provide partnership services to senior management and consult on planning, governance and assurance across the overall project portfolio.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

Provides guidance to the project management office team on standards and alignments of service. Based on the needs of the program or portfolio, they develop internal and external relationships as required. They ensure the projects and programs within their span of control operate within clear governance boundaries. They provide regular retrospective status against plan and make recommendations on the approval, prioritization, balance and termination of projects or programs focusing on delivery assurance and do-ability to ensure organizational success. Acts as ambassador for group standard competency levels. They seek opportunity to develop and leverage global technology and tools to improve efficiency at relevant organizational level.
