Servicing Officer Medicillin
Job Summary
This role will play a key role in managing health insurance services for our corporate clients, ensuring seamless administration and exceptional customer service for employees, and maintaining our service quality in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) required.
- Previous experience in health insurance administration or experience working in an insurance company.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate health insurance participants, from registration to card distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and assist with reimbursement adjustments for claims held or rejected due to incomplete documentation.
- Provide support for Medicillin Apps and telemedicine services, ensuring effective utilization by clients.
