Job Summary
Supports structuring of and leads discrete pieces of Group complex strategic issue identification and the management of strategic initiatives and contributes to actionable, high quality strategic insights and recommendations.
Job Qualifications
- S1/S2 from all relevant major.
- Proactive, Confident, Discipline, and good interpersonal skills
- At least have 5 years of similar experience in Financial Service industry
- Good English skill both verbal and written
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the smooth running of the CEO’s office.
- Covering a wide spectrum of responsibilities from supporting annual strategic planning and initiatives prioritisation, tracking actions’ progress and ensuring coordination accross functional teams, strategize and support company townhalls and other mgmt level communication forums, to creating the CEO’s presentation decks.
- Independently gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from internal and external sources suggesting pre-agreed tools, frameworks and methods, as well as synthesizes results and proposes solutions in context of the broader strategic decision making process.
- Prepare materials and present them to the strategy team and business partners, and responds to questions on content.
- Monitor and review geo-political, macro-economic, industry development and market, peer and financial information, understand implications and derive as well as articulate insights. Starts to derive and propose strategic implications and priorities in assigned area.
- Structure and deliver assigned tasks with high quality and on time.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, team work and commitment to corporate values.
- Be proactive to manage personal development and encourages others to do the same.
