Claims Call Centre Senior Representative


Are you working in an Auto Service Center or a dealership, looking for a career away from long hours and required weekend schedules?


This position is a work from home role, Operating hours are 7:00AM to 8:00PM Central Time.  


Maybe you just completed a Degree/Certification in Automotive Tech and are looking for a corporate role where you can utilize that knowledge in a growing industry?

Start a career as a Customer Service Professional in Mechanical Breakdown Claims for the Automotive Service Contract industry.


Your experience will prepare you for this fast-paced role where you will field incoming calls, with direct supervision, to investigate and evaluate claims with low exposure and complexity on maintenance, road hazard and contract holder claims. Determine cause of failures and review specific contract language to apply applicable coverage for loss. Provides technical support to external sales staff and communicates primarily with service shops, dealership personnel, and claimants to gather information and resolve claims.

Basic Qualifications: 


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area


  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Customer Service area

Preferred Qualifications: 


  • Experience in auto industry areas of service repair, auto technology, parts department, machinist, powersports technician, service management or service advisor

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Experience with collaboration and working across work group

  • Microsoft office skills

  • 18 or more months of customer service experience

  • ASE
