About the role:
In this role you will be a member of Shared Services Team, based in Krakow, focused on shaping and delivering Continuous Improvement within the services provided to our stakeholders globally. The position also gives the unique opportunity to cooperate with the business partners across all Zurich Capability Centers to share best practices and define long-term strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, design and/or facilitate cross-functional projects that promote organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability.
- Guide in the development, implementation, and institutionalization of best practices around execution and change management.
- Guide the development of communication and implementation procedures for enterprise and Business Units initiatives.
- Partner across Business Units to leverage enterprise processes and solutions to support integrated or Business Units specific solutions as appropriate.
- Provide methodologies and tools to sponsors and team members to support initiatives and institutionalize a culture that embraces innovation.
- Ensure appropriate change management practices are effectively utilized throughout the life cycle to improve execution and delivery of results.
- Take a holistic approach to identifying business improvement opportunities, develop solutions, manage initiatives and identify the resources.
- Ensure specific metrics and measures incorporated into solutions reflect the business strategy, track progress, capture the impact of changes and identify further opportunities for improvement.
- Provide fit for purpose, cost efficient automation and robotics solutions to ensure expected efficiency increases are achieved for ZCC Krakow and Business Units in scope (UiPath).
- Lead ZCC Kraków Lean Six Sigma Program
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years’ work experience in a large, complex, multinational organization
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships with all levels within organization and other stakeholders
- Broad understanding of continuous improvement best practices and trends on the market
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- Proven record of shaping and delivering large and complex Lean / Six Sigma programs /projects within BPO/SSC industry are a must,
- Strong program, project management and change management skills and experience
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Power tools (Power App, Query, BI) knowledge
- Other technical skills like MS SharePoint, VBA, SAP scripting, SQL, UiPath, Microsoft Flow will be a bonus
- Excellent English language skills

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
