(Data Analyst & Learning Administrator)

About the role:
The Group Technology & Operations (GTO) Capability Building Team is responsible for capability and skill development across the GTO function and driving Digital Transformation upskilling across the Zurich group. The team is looking for a Data Analyst & Learning Administrator to support the teams mandate through building and administering training programs, manage operational processes or capability development tools and provide reporting services.
Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst & Learning Administrator for the GTO Capability Building Team, your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
- Manage operational processes and provide reporting data for GTO Capability development tools.
- Administration and management of our global learning experience platform MyDevelopment
- Actively manage training programs and learners, ensuring that queries/issues are resolved, classroom training attendance is recorded, user engagement is reported and billing data is recorded
- Support in the development and maintenance of PowerBI dashboards, and handle reporting and analysis to support KPIs, including advanced data analysis via Excel.
- Collect, organize, and study data to present meaningful findings and design data models for business decision-making, offer data visualizations and storytelling, and troubleshoot data solution issues (with internal coaching)
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
Candidate’s profile:
- Fluent English
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in learning & development operations
- Experienced in Data Reporting and Analytics (advanced in Excel)
- Ability to work in a virtual team with a high level of autonomy
- Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with stakeholders
- Experience with Agile Ways of Working or the desire and mindset to work in a fast paced, agile environment
- Experience in continual improvement, Agile delivery, or HR (Human Resources) role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and O365
Additional skills that would be beneficial:
- Data literacy (basic understanding of PowerBI or similar tools)
- Knowledge of Data Analytics Tools & Techniques
- Knowledge in Python, DAX, or/ and R
- Training Design and Build
- Knowledge of Jobs Catalogs and Skills Frameworks

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
