Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our dynamic team to support Bermuda Zurich Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using BluePrism and Power Tools. The role requires working late shifts, primarily from 14:30 to 22:30, to support our global operations.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using BluePrism and Power Tools to automate business processes.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand process requirements and automation opportunities.
  • Solution Design: Create detailed design documents, process flow diagrams, and technical specifications for RPA solutions.
  • Implementation: Develop and configure RPA bots to execute tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure functionality, accuracy, and reliability. Perform troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA solutions, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, addressing any issues and implementing enhancements as required.

 

Candidate’s profile: 

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in BluePrism and Power Tools with a solid understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience: Previous experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work majority of late shifts (11:00-19:00 & 14:30-22:30) to align with our global operations. Readiness for 12 months contract with prospect for permanent employment.

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.

 

This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
