Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for producing accurate agency contest results for LiFT agency distribution channel and compliance with contest rules and regulations.
- Tabulating periodical agency contests/incentives performance report accurately and timely according to criteria/requirement stated in the contest circular.
- Manages end-to-end fulfillment of the Agency Contest to ensure contest fulfillment is delivered to the qualifiers.
- Performs data analysis for all scope relating to agency contests accordance with the business needs.
Job Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and 7 or more years of experience in the insurance industry
- Experience dealing with agency/sales force is an advantage.
Preferred:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good in both written and verbal communications.
- Meticulous and detailed person.
