Agency Contest & Rewards Manager


Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for producing accurate agency contest results for LiFT agency distribution channel and compliance with contest rules and regulations.
  • Tabulating periodical agency contests/incentives performance report accurately and timely according to criteria/requirement stated in the contest circular.
  • Manages end-to-end fulfillment of the Agency Contest to ensure contest fulfillment is delivered to the qualifiers. 
  • Performs data analysis for all scope relating to agency contests accordance with the business needs. 

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and 7 or more years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Experience dealing with agency/sales force is an advantage.


  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good in both written and verbal communications.
  • Meticulous and detailed person.
