Job Summary

The Application Support Analyst provides support services to customers related to an application / set of applications covering a range of responsibilities focusing on repetitive activities, following instructions and incident resolution.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

The Application Support Analyst performs standardized operational tasks to ensure that the service levels and performance are met.They report service performance to the line management and provide feedback on the execution of standardized operational tasks to the business.They support activities to ensure compliance with the IT Service Management Governance, standards and polices and generate input for service level performance reports, taking improvement actions where necessary. They contribute to end-user satisfaction process and service improvement programs.They manage incident escalations and complaints, working with the teams to resolve individual service issues and engaging in disaster recovery testing. They analyse customer feedback and recommend process improvements and optimization.
