Assistant Digital Marketing Manager (1 year contract)


Job Summary


Lead the identification, development and deployment of in-country digital marketing communication solutions to deliver a market-leading user experience across the organization’s digital properties. Ideally focus all customer journeys’ to end with good customer outcomes.

Job Functions


Provide an appropriate level of process support and governance across the organization’s web properties (content approval and template production).


Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities


  • Lead the definition of an in- country Digital Marketing strategy and in turn the realization of a revised portal presence and structure.
  • Coordinate with business groups throughout the organization to develop web communication strategies and site design.
  • Define and deliver capabilities to drive content development & deployment across web properties including supporting all elements of online governance.
  • Work beyond the presentation layer to define platform and customer requirements.
  • Drive an appropriate level of new channel innovation based on agile test and learn workflow.
  • Drive an appropriate development and research into integration of content management systems and 3rd party plug-in systems.
  • Ensure ‘space planning’ of digital real estate, optimizing messaging across web properties.
  • Support the business units in ruthless commercial optimization of each web property.
  • Lead the online deployment of the Global Brand Campaign in-country.
  • Bring the Customer Value Proposition to life through digital channels.
  • Develops and executes online marketing campaigns. Manages online marketing tactics such as customer acquisition (i.e. paid search, affiliates, online display media and shopping comparison) and customer retention (i.e., cross-sell, email and up-sell).
  • Ensure compliance with established company guidelines regarding style, imagery, and content.
  • Interface with IT professionals in the design, implementation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of web platforms.


Job Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
