Job Summary

Responsible for providing support to the Head of Department and related parties in the Department – sales, administration, and management work.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • To assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies and to achieve departmental budget.
  • To secure new and renewals account under broker portfolio
  • Servicing brokers under portfolio/to assist in claims/handling issues raised by brokers.
  • To assist in managing premium collections/monitoring outstanding premium ageing to desired level
  • Execute all sales and marketing related activities and assist the Head of Department on daily operations and marketing activities.
  • To ensure the business portfolio mixed (motor and non-motor) to desired ratio.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree or Equivalent and 8 or more years of sales in General broking segment
