Broking Specialist


Job Summary:

Responsible in providing support to related parties in the Department – sales and administration work


Job Accountabilities:

  1. To assist the Department in developing and implement marketing strategies and to achieve departmental budget
  2. To secure new and renewals account under broker portfolio
  3. Servicing brokers under portfolio/ to assist in claims/ handling issues raised by brokers
  4. To assist in managing premium collections/ monitoring outstanding premium ageing to desired level.
  5. Execute all sales and marketing related activities and to assist the Department on daily operations and marketing activities
  6. To ensure the business portfolio mixed (motor and non-motor) to the desired ratio
