Job Summary
Reviews stakeholders requirements to understand business problems and needs and designs, develops and maintains tools and solutions to address those needs.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Designs and develops tools and solutions to process data and generate results to address customer needs.
- Ensure that products delivered are simple and intuitive for customers to use and inline with the data solutions strategy and roadmap.
- Analyze data-sets and make them useful by presenting the data in meaningful ways by collecting, organizing and studying data and presenting their findings.
- Provide data visualizations, data mapping and storytelling to their customers.
- Create dictionaries of data models and documentation for mapping data.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues with data solutions.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
Preferred:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for quantitative analysis and statistical techniques.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
