Job Summary
Provides management assistance and supports the strategic analysis for members of senior management in order to support the day-to-day activities of the senior management member. Contributes to the realization of the strategic objectives in the designated area.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
The accountabilities comprise:
- Performs moderate and confidential administrative support for the senior management.
- Screen and answer phone calls and respond to simple emails for the senior management.
- Forward incoming mail to the appropriate persons for handling greet and direct internal and external customers.
- Handle internal customer and employee inquiries.
- Provide general clerical services to internal customer groups and support staff to add to achieving the service standards.
- Provide appropriate data and basic analysis for monthly financial reporting to support financial decision making.
- Organize and prioritize own assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion of work;
- Refer more complex inquiries and complaints to appropriate persons;
- Compose routine and non-routine correspondences from brief notes, oral or written instructions;
- Control, coordinate, and maintain the senior management's schedules, coordinate meetings, appointments, and other activities; follow-up as needed, maintain supplies, coordinate travel logistics using the prevailing procurement tool; prepare expense reports and handle settlement of expense items.
