Investment Data Management Associate
Processes, monitors and distributes investment data to high levels of quality and consistency. Operates and monitors the data warehouses and the feed management of input and output data updating and enriching data feeds
Key Accountabilities
- Conducts daily operational and closing tasks in terms of pricing and reference data setup and maintenance and ensure data accuracy and consistency of the system/platform by following the defined global standards,
- Executes all the predefined global (and group) requirements and controls regarding reference data/pricing,
- Ensures compliance with Zurich's governance and risk frameworks,
- Contributes on continuous improvement of data quality in the data supply chain,
- Works with local/regional stakeholders to identify country specific requirements, special data treatment or any other local demands,
- Supports know-how and information exchange in terms of processes, incidents, documentation or other open topics ensuring transparency.
Business Accountabilities: -
- Processes all data queries raised by clients and counterparties to ensure delivery according to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and service scopes,
- Monitors automated/manual instrument reference data/pricing processes to enable accounting processes and data-based decision making,
- Monitors and reports interface issues occurring in the daily business, in terms of missing or wrong data, to kick of the resolution process and ensure service delivery,
- Supports preparation and delivery processes, e.g. the monthly closing processes,
- Ensures that country specific requirements regarding investment data are supported,
- Conducts documentation of investment data processes,
- Executes improvement/automation initiatives and presents proposals in order to minimize manual processes and high risk areas,
- Spots and supports improvement of data quality in the data supply chain to ensure the global standards and service quality
- Ensures all topics raised by stakeholders are resolved in a timely and professional manner
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related degree.
- Candidates with at least 1 year working experiences, preferably Fund Accounting experience.
