Job Summary

Provide support to the sales and distribution teams in relation to activities for which the Partnership Team is responsible. Ensure efficiency in day-to-day operation in meeting customer/partner/agent’s needs and requirement, meet compliance and governance requirements, drive key projects within the stipulated timeframe.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Actively manage and execute the day-to-day operation work in the partnership teams including enquiries from customers/agents, policy processing and endorsement requests, quotation, referral cases, data management, payment, reconciliation of daily transaction.
• Provide training to customer and Strategic Business Unit personnel on products and services and ensuring agent/partner fulfill the regulatory CPD requirements.
• Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or products.
• Resolve technical issues within function or unit.
• Coordinate internal resources and agents/partner for the execution of multiple projects including project management, business requirements, test script, execution of UAT, post launch review.
• Support in onboarding of new partners/agents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents/partners, addressing issue or questions raised by agents/partners.
• Support new business initiatives, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Investigate and drive research/analysis around potential business development opportunities.
• Perform any ad-hoc monthly reporting and partnership/project updates.

Performance Management Accountabilities
• Meet the turnaround time in responding to incoming enquiries from business partners/customers.
• Successful onboarding of partners.
• Take action to improve performance on the job and process improvement.
• Effective execution of assigned tasks.
• Successful launch and effective coordination of project within stipulated timeframe.

Job Qualifications

Required:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in the Sales area

OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Sales area

AND
• Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
• Knowledge of requirements within insurance industry regulatory environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• The ability to be licensed to sell insurance in the states where required


Preferred:
• 2 or more years of sales experience
• Licensed to sell insurance in the states where required
• Experience analyzing financial statements
