Senior DevOps Engineer

The Senior DevOps engineer will be responsible for helping build up our CICD pipelines and our future cloud infrastructure on AWS to scale out for the rest of the organisation. This role will build the new chapter and work with our Agile delivery and architecture teams on a transition roadmap.
The role will focus on providing technical expertise, steering the technology capability, and bringing in industry standards and innovation.
Your tasks & key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Terraform, Bitbucket, Nexus OSS, SonarQube, Veracode, HashiCorp Vault, Azure DevOps and Prisma Container Security.
- Provision, configure, and monitor AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services such as ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, Redis, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices using tools such as SonarQube, Veracode and Prisma Container Security.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, processes, and procedures.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience in working with Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience in working with Terraform IAC for cloud infrastructure and services provisioning.
- AWS Cloud Infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience in setting up CICD pipeline using Bamboo
- Experience in integrating SonarQube, Prisma and Veracode scanning tools in CICD pipeline
- Experience in integrating unit test in CICD pipeline
- Experience in integrating functional test in CICD pipeline
- Good to have Azure DevOps tool experience. Building CICD Pipeline using Azure DevOps tools.
- Good to have HashiCorp Vault tool experience. Integrating Vault with CICD pipeline.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
