Job Summary
- Supports the Head of Proposition Management in setting and monitoring principles for specific Business Units and corporate propositions governance
- Drives the performance of a major proposition or a portfolio of propositions with various degrees of complexity.
- Accountable for the proposition success in the marketplace.
- Recommends the strategy, develops and implements plans based on prioritized proposition development opportunities. Typically assigned to a Business Division, Region or Customer Segment.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Global:
- Execute proposition oversight frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant Business Unit policies and guidelines
- Review the product development pipeline in line with Business Unit framework
- Provide feedback to local businesses on adequate proposition governance
- Assist in assessing whether propositions require Business Unit approval
- Ensure effective proposition development and management
- Review and challenge proposition developments in respect of risks, guarantees, suitability and other key areas in the Business Unit proposition framework.
- Provide ad hoc expertise on technical product design and pricing matters.
- Monitor product profitability through the Profitability Review

- Provide input to defining for adequate proposition governance
- Provide proposition relevant input to the Business Unit Reviews
- Define, monitor and communicate relevant policies and guidelines through ZRP, TZW, intranet and other communication tools
- Ensure effective proposition development and management
- Coordinate product development pipeline inputs,
- Review and challenge product submissions in respect of commercial positioning, technical product design including pricing and suitability.
- Provide ad hoc expertise on technical product design and pricing matters.
