Servicing Account Assistant Manager (Bancatakaful)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Servicing Account Assistant Manager to join our Bancatakaful Department. This role is responsible for managing and servicing bancatakaful accounts, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of bancatakaful operations, customer service excellence, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Account Servicing & Relationship Management
- Manage and oversee bancatakaful accounts, ensuring all service-related matters are handled efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner banks, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank personnel to enhance collaboration and service quality.
- Monitor and track policy renewals, claims, and endorsements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Provide support to bancatakaful sales teams and bank partners by offering technical advice and product-related assistance.
- Conduct periodic service reviews and performance analysis with bank partners to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle escalations related to policy servicing, claims, and customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Takaful and regulatory guidelines in all servicing activities.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation efforts, ensuring adherence to operational best practices.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in bancatakaful servicing.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in insurance/Takaful, preferably in bancatakaful servicing or account management.
- Experience working with bank partners and financial institutions is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Takaful principles, bancatakaful products, and operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with bancatakaful servicing systems.
