Purpose
Manages discrete strategic pieces by working directly with business partners. Drives and supports the development of high-quality recommendations leading to increased business value.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage portions of an assigned Strategy modules or work streams with minimal oversight and with a view to overall successful high-quality outcomes.
- Manage own work by breaking an assigned task into separate tasks and structuring meaningful discrete deliverables, understanding how they will fit into the greater context of the specific strategy module and ultimately into the greater Group strategic context. Interacts independently with Junior internal and external business partners.
- Identify problem areas & opportunity, perform gaps analysis to derive meaningful insights and develop actionable recommendations to drive ACE & other business KPIs
- Derive meaningful insights and develop actionable recommendations through guided issue identification, data gathering, analytics and problem solving.
- Support internal/external data collection, analytics, problem structuring and solving, applying internal and external input and industry insight.
- Drive and lead the development of high-quality recommendations, contests/schemes related proposals with the objectives of increasing business value with minimal support
- Recommend and support CAO and team to coordinate activities/ad-hoc projects and drive process improvement/simplification to support business growth in Takaful Agency
- Handle agency contests queries independently and ensure contests are well & strategically prepared, communicated and understood
- Proactively involve in brainstorming, providing constructive recommendations on training program/module/activity/strategic initiatives related matters that are in line with business strategy
- Ensure initiatives are well understood and accepted by the target audience & team, conduct postmortem/analysis to identify gaps for further improvement
- Start to build superior insight into specific industry or functional aspects and starts forming am internal and external network (in a specific area) and liaise with them regularly. Become a sparring partner to the business.
- Assist in coaching junior colleagues, provide guidance and support for team members.

Other Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree (Master degree or equivalent preferred); 2+ years working experience in a relevant field
