Vendor Management Lead (Assistant Manager)
Purpose:
Responsible for leading the third-party Risk(TPR) Management functional team and driving strategic TPR management, developing policy and models and overseeing the management of the governance framework to drive effective delivery and execution of TPR strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy implementation for third party risk management, and owns the policy framework for TPRM across Zurich Malaysia.
- Review and interpret other overlapping functional policies, consider new changes to regulations and implement changes.
- Nurture cross-functional collaboration using their strong networks.
- Provide support consultation within the role for other Group third party initiatives.
- Utilise tool technology (IT strategy for TPRM technology landscape) with a focus on automation, globally consistent to enable clear reporting and push to predictive analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the TPRM & Outsourcing
- Prior experience in insurance will be an added advantage.
