Your Opportunity:

We’re currently expanding the team and are looking for people to support the continued growth and development of our UK Sales & Distribution Team.   

Your role could include: 

• Delivery of effective broker proposition to support the market facing teams and drive growth.  

• Support the development of national network strategy through the provision of regional data & insight  

• Regular review of growth initiatives to ensure they are delivering profitable growth across the business 

• Support delivery & expansion of market leading Zurich Club Blue Value Add Proposition 

• Assist in developing collateral available to brokers, including further development of Zurich Club Blue website & brochure 

• Assist in management of the VOiCE for S&D – managing S&D specific feedback. 

• Collating and formatting data to present for review and further analysis across a number of different MI platforms 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 

• Exploring new ways to improve our data insight capabilities and delivery to sales teams and brokers. 

• Assist in analysis of broker performance metrics across segmentation  

• Staying up-to-date with market changes, distribution methods, and our competitive position. 

What can I look forward to? 

The UK Sales & Distribution team manages our approach to various distribution channels within the UK insurance market across all Zurich business units. They set strategies, build meaningful relationships, analyse data, collate impactful market intel and support both brokers and customers to facilitate business growth.  

During your apprenticeship you’ll: 

• Learn how to understand and analyse sales, broker and customer requirements and then implement findings. 

• Build data analysis skills and apply critical thinking to identify opportunities and risks. 

• Develop communication skills that will enable you to interact with internal & external stakeholders. 

• Hone your organisational skills to deliver projects & events on time & within budget. 

• Enhance your creative skillset through the refresh of our broker proposition.  

• Understand data, enabling you to make informed evidence-based decisions.

What you’ll need: 

• Full right to work and reside in the UK – Due to apprenticeship funding regulations, we cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 consecutive years. 

• A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 including Maths and English.  

• A professional attitude with a positive ‘can do’ approach to your work 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• Ability to build strong working relationships 

NB: Due to Apprenticeship funding rules, we can only accept applicants who haven’t completed a qualification in the same field at the same or higher level to the course you are applying for
