In this role you will work within the Transformation team who are dedicated to International Program Business. We are hiring for a Senior Business Analyst.  In this exciting new role you will connect with a variety of people on a daily basis across the globe, gaining different perspectives and helping to bring to life their end-to-end processes and business flows. 

Your day to day will be the following:

• You will analyzing those flows and identify areas for improvement, bringing solutions to enhance the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of our people on a day to day basis. 
• You will help bridge the gap between the business and product teams, project managers, IT Business Analysts and UX expert through the documentation of business requirements. 
• As our operations evolve and change, you will be instrumental in helping to shape a new way of working.  If you thrive on complexity and ambiguity you’ve come to the right place! 
• Map end-to-end capabilities in alignment with other teams 
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement / streamlining of current processes. 
• Understanding complex business needs and translating those into tangible business requirements, propose solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals 
• Work across multiple functions and geographies to secure stakeholder needs and expectations  
• Drive alignment between individual workstreams, working with Project Managers, Product Owners, IT BA’s, UX consultants and change managers 
• Address and enhance overall User Experience (UX) to ensure a seamless and efficient interaction 
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and solutions 
• Evaluate proposed solutions on impacts on other parts of the end-to-end process 
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making processes.

• 3-5 years experience as a BA or SME in global transformation or digital adoption projects  
• Experience in Commercial Insurance / multinational insurance solutions, knowledge of underwriting operations and policy wording structures 
• Proven ability to capture and develop clear and well thought out business requirements and experience in business processes reengineering 
• Strong communication, verbal, written and listening skills 
• Ability to develop strong partnerships with wide range of stakeholders 
• Growth mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguous & complex environment  
• Entrepreneurial thinking and problem solving essential 
• Ability to take in perspectives and make decisions supporting vision of transformation 
• Balanced mix of business acumen and technology savviness 
• Knowledge of project management and Agile
