As the Chapter Lead for our Case Management team in VIC, you’ll motivate, lead, and support a team of case managers as they process new business applications, manage suspense activities, assist in onboarding, and provide end to end support and resolutions as the first point of contact for our customers.

You will lead by example through exciting periods of business change and drive a high-performance culture, ensuring the team deliver a superior level of customer service to our clients and key advisers. You’ll monitor the service level agreements, maintain database information and be responsible for preparing and distributing reports that deliver insights into the team’s performance.

Important to your success – let’s grow together

To be successful, you will have previous experience within a Life Insurance role, ideally with exposure to all phases of the case management and underwriting processes. In addition, you will have:

  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and solutions driven approach with a customer focus.

As a highly adaptable individual, you will thrive in a busy and challenging environment.
