About the role

In this role you will provide a high standard of clerical and administrative assistance to the motor team. You’ll be supporting the assessing and claims team, internal and external service providers, brokers, insureds and third parties. Making sure you remain compliant with Zurich audit procedures and repair management processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist the team in the maintenance of their portfolio by:

  • arranging and booking assessment dates and times (field assessments) handling telephone and fax enquires
  • Arranging desktop assessments, managing internal and external assessor work volumes, by allocating assessments
  • arrange towing of vehicles, minimise the downtime of vehicle repairs, arrange quotes and images for HMV, machinery, plant or equipment where applicable, manage and resolve allocated claims
