The Role

Join our high performing technical Motor Claims team and challenge yourself to provide our customers with an outstanding service as you manage the claims process in a sensitive and professional way. You will be able to draw on your experience with motor claims, as well your understanding of end-to-end claims management.

 

 

 

Your Experience

 

 

 

In this role you will be responsible for your own portfolio of complex claims; always exceeding our customers’ expectations by providing prompt and technically accurate claims management. You will enjoy working autonomously to manage complex motor claims as you leverage your thorough understanding of the relevant legislations and guidelines. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will stand you in good stead as you settle cases within your limits of authority. Prior Motor Claims experience is a prerequisite for the role, as we are looking for an individual who can really hit the ground running.
