Job Summary

Responsible for fostering and sharing knowledge, best practices and industry-led customer focus in Zurichss chosen markets in order to help accelerate our growth in selected segments.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Maximize and leverage collective know-how and best practices to promote Zurich as a leading problem-solver within specific segments. This enables better service to customers and distributors including developing-differentiated customer propositions that will generate profitable growth.
• Research, plan and prepare internal and external discussions and-or workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Analyze potential growth trends and aid in developing potential competitive advantages for Zurich.
• Determine falling growth indicators and appropriate revenue growth strategies.
• Be continuously informed of and research current and potential issues that will affect this segment.
• Understand the relationships (both current and changing) between this segment and other segments and how it may affect Zurich. Be willing to share this information appropriately.
• Understand Zurich's value propositions and internal performance targets and how it relates to this segment.
• Prepare reports and presentations for various groups, both internally and externally.
• Help drive collaborative ideas, best practice and business opportunities across business units and Strategic Support Units.
