The Role

 

As a Business Support Officer in our Life & Investments Division, you will help our customers to manage risk and protect what they love most. You will do this by providing outstanding levels of service to our advisers as well as delivering sales, marketing and administrative support to our Business Development team. 

 

You will be responsible for tracking and setting adviser appointments, preparing briefing packs and sales kits, taking meeting minutes, preparing activity reports, providing office-based adviser support, managing monthly AMEX statements, and arranging adviser functions and travel requirements for the team. You will have a customer focused mindset which will drive you to constantly look for ways to improve our processes. Your superior verbal and written communication skills will stand you in good stead as you liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
