As the Case Manager for Group Insurance Underwriting, you will be responsible for tracking new business submissions, completions, and relentlessly working to reduce end-to-end turnaround times through suspense management activities.

 

You will work in collaboration with our Third-Party providers, Underwriters, and Distribution team for new business lodged, managing workflows, systems processing, correspondence, and phone calls.

 

 

Important to your success – let’s grow together

 

  • Previous experience providing exceptional customer service in a client service role; insurance, contact centre, or medical administration experience advantageous.
  • Strong level of computer skills, including experience using Excel, Word, and other software packages necessary to the role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus and the ability to build and maintain trustful working relationships, at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solutions driven approach.
