The Role

 

 

 

As our Compliance Training Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end planning, development, monitoring and delivery of Compliance training for the Zurich life insurance, general insurance and investments businesses in Australia and New Zealand. This will include development of e-learning content as well as delivering effective face-to-face training for Compliance related topics and awareness programs. You will administer, co-ordinate and report training statistics and information to assist leaders in fulfilling their licencing requirements to oversee the appropriate training of all staff. 

 

 

Other key responsibilities in this role will include: regular reviewing of online e-training modules to refine and improve as appropriate; liaising with Compliance staff to understand Australian & NZ training requirements; creation of face-to-face training for different audiences; maintaining accurate administrative and training records; managing multiple databases and systems; and preparing completion reports for management and Board committees; coordinating manager training including the preparation of collateral, collection of presenter material, logistics; and administration of participants attendance.

This role will also offer you the opportunity to gain experience within a large compliance team working on compliance lead projects or providing compliance support to our various businesses in Australia.

 

 

Your Experience

 

 

 

You will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial services as well as experience in developing and delivering training. Your proven delivery of training programs, use of evaluation methodologies, and strong reporting skills will see you succeed in this role. Other key strengths will be your excellent planning and implementation skills, strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work in a timeline driven environment.
