A great opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Finance team as a Credit Control Manager.

In this role, you will be part of a team that delivers objectives to meet operational targets for the collection of debt, and the reduction and resolution of unallocated and unmatched cash. Your tasks will range from telephone collections, reconciliation of broker accounts and providing support to ensure BPO targets are achieved, and any issues resolved.

• Strong experience in a Credit Control/Finance Operations role
• Relevant qualifications highly regarded
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
• An analytical mindset; ability to work in an agile envrironment
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience dealing with global stakeholders
