In this awesome opportunity, you will be part of the People & Culture (P&C) team as our Learning & Development Coordinator, reporting to the Talent Development Lead. The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination and administration of our local and global learning programs. This role is integral to the success and impact of the learning culture at Zurich, and our people’s development.

You will have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You have great attention to detail and excellent communication capabilities – verbal and written. Your stakeholder management skills are strong, which combine with your proficiency in office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint). You have an ability to take the initiative, deliver outcomes, are adaptable, are solutions focused, are collaborative, and you like to work in a changing environment where service and experiences are extremely important.

You ideally have experience in administration, ideally within a learning & development environment, and have sound facilitation skills.
