An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Zurich’s Product & Proposition team as a Propositions Manager on a 12 month contract.
In this diverse role, you will manage propositions to clients for our Group Life business, both existing and new. Key to this role will be your ability to pursue new propositions by identifying ways to partner with organisations. Engaging with a range of stakeholders, you will chart the continued evolution of the Zurich Group Insurance proposition.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development, implementation and ongoing optimisation of Group insurance proposition, with a focus on health initiatives, education and engagement for new and existing fund partners, employers and members
- Leading the onboarding of proposition for new Fund partners, translating propositions into valuable, effective, and measurable engagements within funds
- Partnership assessment – exploring and assessing new partners, programs, and innovations. This will include building relationships, cost/benefit analysis and production of business cases for potential partnership opportunities & pilots
- Leading the roll out and implementation of any new initiatives/programs and broader Zurich proposition.
- Market trends & research - staying abreast of market trends and needs (via research or otherwise), competitor activity and develop Zurich’s proposition accordingly.
Important to your success – let’s grow together
- Strong experience in Group or Life Insurance
- Experience in marketing, innovation/entrepreneurship, health, rehabilitation or other relevant disciplines
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- An inquisitive mindset with the capability to generate solutions
- High level of adaptability managing a variety of tasks in an agile environment
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
