We have a new Senior Business Analyst position working within our Digital Employee Experience Squad. Reporting to the Chapter Lead - Business Analysis, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance our employee experience.

 

This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including People, IT, Operations, and external vendors, to identify business needs, define requirements, and ensure the successful implementation of digital tools and platforms that support employees in their daily work.

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Analyse complex data from varied sources, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements through techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Process mapping & optimisation – Use BPMN to map out current vs desired state ensuring clarity in process transformation. Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., Visio etc) to document evolving workflows.
  • Gap analysis – identify gaps, constraints and inefficiencies, highlight risks, impact, dependencies, and provide recommendations
  • Change management - support user adoption by adjusting training and communication strategies based on shifting environments

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

 

  • Experience in workplace services, facilities management, help desk management or a related fields ideally in Insurance or Financial Services industry
  • Previous experience in mapping out employee/customer persona’s that were then used to develop and implement onboarding requirements, includes laptop specs, software requirements, logistics/ authorizations
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and human-centered design.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
  • Familiarity with enterprise digital workplace platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Workday).
  • Previous experience in enterprise wide hardware and software roll outs including laptops, Windows upgrades, MFA, AV upgrades, Wifi Upgrades, Company applications enhancements, Telco changes
  • A good understanding of the Vendor/ commercial nature of workplace services and IT implementations that impact the delivery approach
  • Experience working in both agile/ iterative delivery models as well as structured traditional implementation approaches highly sought after.
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and device end point management advantageous
  • Experience using technologies used across the End-User and Digital Workplace areas, e.g. ServiceNow, Microsoft applications, laptops, MS Teams, and facilities management software.
