As the Senior Claims Advisor within the Property Major Loss team, you will manage a portfolio of complex and major event claims across property, engineering, construction, and energy sectors. In this market facing role, you will develop strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other third-parties, providing strong technical and bespoke claims solutions, with an emphasis on strong cost management.

 

In addition, you will help uplift capability and develop expertise across the team, support with the implementation of key initiatives and programs to improve efficiency, and actively implement continuous improvement strategies.

  

 

Important to your success – let’s grow together 

 

  • Extensive experience across property claims within major loss.
  • Thorough understanding of the Insurance Code of Practice and Insurance Contracts Act.
  • Ability to effectively coach and mentor.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
