Job title: MI Analyst: 12 Month FTC (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time)

Location: Flexible 

Salary: £27,000 to £41,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits.

 

The opportunity: 

Facilitate and support the production and distribution of management information to sales and distribution, and on behalf of customers and their advisors, to ensure customer centricity and drive best practice in operations.

 

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. 

 

Key responsibilities: 

• Design, implement and deliver on key projects and reporting solutions to agreed timescales and quality with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of sales and distribution systems, processes and procedures.
• Show strategic alignment to customer values & identity.
• Gather comprehensive information to support decision making / recommendation.
• Collect and disseminate knowledge of use to the business.
• Encourage organisational learning.
• Interpret data sourced across Sales & Distribution and Underwriting/Operations with a view to drive forward improvement - embed customer centricity and best practices.
• Take personal responsibility for resolving issues using commercial and business awareness.
• Structure and design information to meet the needs and understanding of the intended audience.
• Key stakeholder relationship management.
• Develop procedures that underpin the handling of work and seeks ways to improve them.
• Maintain accurate and appropriate records; producing timely management information to the agreed levels of quality.
• Ensure all information in the Management Information database is up-to-date and meets ongoing business needs.

 

Your skills and experience:

• Strong Excel knowledge is essential with a high degree of numeracy.

• Knowledge of Qlik, Salesforce and PowerBI platforms is desirable.

• High level of computer literacy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills particularly with senior colleagues.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

• Strong team player.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritise work based on business requirements with good planning and organisation.
