Customer Office & Distribution Internship - Digital Marketing (Summer 2025)
Zurich North America is currently looking for a Web Development Marketing Intern to join the Digital Marketing team in our Schaumburg, IL office for the summer of 2025. As a Web Development Marketing Intern, you will ensure Zurich’s digital offerings have optimal customer usability and functionality enabling delivery of integrated and consistent communication in line with the organization’s and digital marketing strategic priorities.

The Web Development Marketing Intern is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including:
- Interfacing with Marketing teams to define and implement strategic initiatives helping enhance the user experience for clients and prospects based on data insights and marketing strategies.
- Development and ongoing maintenance of marketing websites and campaigns using Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms to build omnichannel personalized marketing journeys.
- Collaboration with marketing and product teams to develop and implement A/B and Multivariate test in-product Ads and campaign landing pages.
- Executing the build of all website pages, templates, applications and functions using current software development practices ensuring design documents are adhered to.
- Managing all aspects of the website ecosystem to ensure that it meets all KPI delivery targets, is error-free, maintains optimal uptime and is up-to-date with current technology, and meets ADA and Security regulations/laws.
- Managing the ongoing development project plan daily and prioritize the development and deployment of fixes, features, and enhancements according to business needs.
- Collaborating with IT key stakeholders and vendors on-site for enhancements and bug fixes.
- Ensuring new web pages and content updates are staged; appropriate testing is designed, planned, completed, reviewed, and approved before launching sites or site updates.
- Working with internal clients to determine development or website requirements and communicate/coordinate with marketing managers, graphics team, and technical specialists.
Basic Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program and will be enrolled in the fall of 2025
- Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior) and no prior years of experience required in the Administrative area
- Microsoft Office experience
- Be legally eligible to work in the U.S

- Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 (current GPA reported by your school)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical principles, methodologies and techniques
