Senior Change Management Consultant, ZCAM 80-100%

We are looking for an experienced senior Change Management consultant who wants to create change with impact on exciting transformation engagements. The new team member will help Zurich’s business units to generate business value by:

What you will do
 

• Leading and facilitating the change process
• Planning, developing and executing change initiatives across the organization
• Managing the engagement process with multiple stakeholders
• Developing training concepts and ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge
• Monitoring results and key KPIs, identifying performance gaps and providing corrective actions
• Collecting stakeholder feedback and providing active user support

What you bring
 

• University degree in economics, education, IT or related field
• 3-5 years of experience within the Change Management field
• Background in consulting, technology or financial industry experience (ideally within the insurance industry)
• Strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking
• Solid project management skills and a collaborative approach to customer engagement
• Excellent communication and outstanding people skills
• Resilient and flexible personality with leadership skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, every additional language is a plus
