Business Analyst Intern - Transformation & Operational Excellence

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience in driving organization wide efficiency and digital transformation initiatives. This internship offers exposure to business process improvements, data analytics, and automation, allowing you to contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives.

Duration

Full-time, Summer and/or Winter of 2025 (May to December)

Preferred Qualification and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant internship or project experience in transformation, operational efficiency, or business analytics will also be considered

• Prior internship experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or process improvement is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred, or a keen willingness to learn

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support transformation and efficiency improvement initiatives by gathering business requirements and analyzing data

• Support documentation, stakeholder presentations, and project tracking activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of transformation initiatives

• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions

• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide insights for decision-making

• Explore and implement simple automation solutions using Power Automate to streamline workflows

• Ad hoc duties as assigned
