We are seeking an Administration Team Leader to join the Travel Guard team.  This position will reports to the Director of Ops and Customer Service, located in Stevens Point, WI.  

This is an opportunity to support the team with a wide variety of job responsibilites, including but not limited to representative coaching, data collection, analysing data, and working one/one with the Director on providing a positive enviroment for team success in production/service levels.    We pride ourselves on above and beyond knowledge, to assist internal and external customers with requests.   Processing and reconciling data, multi tasking a variety of job functions, while meeting demanding service levels, and fostering a positive flexible work enviroment.   

 

Responsibilities Include:
Maintain knowledge of Admin everchanging work flow, products, systems and projects. 
Multitask daily, weekly and monthly work responsibilities.  In addition to added projects and assignments. 
Managing month close reports and works hours to manage the entire process. 
Creative and critical thinking to provide out-of-the-box solutions where necessary.
Provide keen attention to detail for maintaining department audit.
Create, maintain and manage the process flow manuals for the workflow
Work one on one with Director on projects, creating a professional positive work atmosphere, assisting with coverage as necessary and ensuring production/service levels are met. 
Responsibilites are not limited and may include other items as assigned, as the needs of the department changes. 

 

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work M-F schedule in addition to month close responsibilites,and projects that may go outside of day to day hours. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:
Past leadership experience of supporting team members. 
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and active listening. 
Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and entering information into systems.  
Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft office skills.  Proficient in Excel is a must. 
Problem solving, critical thinking and decision making abilities. 
Effective organization and time management skills including prioritization, multitasking, and planning. 
Ability to multi tasks and manage mulitude of work flow functions.
Abilitiy to work independently with little to no supervision. 
Keen attention to detail.
