Zurich North America is seeking a Claims Team Lead to join our Group in North America.
Team Leads assist our management staff with the day-to-day operations and play a vital role in employee development. This position is responsible for coaching and providing feedback to representatives including quality reviews. These individuals will assist leadership in monitor employee performance to ensure goals and expectations are being met. They will answer Analysts questions, handle claim escalations and may handle more complex customer calls as needed.
Key qualities that we are seeking include:
- Ability to effectively coach and provide feedback to front line staff
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well with people at all levels
- Prior Experience as a Claims Adjuster in Travel
- Proficiency in Desk Management, time management and dealing with difficult customers
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years claims handling or customer service experience
