Partner Content and Project Manager
Zurich Cover More is seeking a Partner Content and Project Manager to join our Group in North America.
The Partner Content and Project Manager will be part of the Global Programs team and responsible for managing the end-to-end content management lifecycle with our global partners. In this role you will work directly with the partners and with internal stakeholders to help create customer-centric focusing on enhancing customer value, content testing and optimizing travel insurance sales within the partner's purchase path. In addition, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the creation and execution of content projects, test plans, ensuring content is delivered on time, while aligning with overall strategic and business goals for our partners.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the overall content optimization program with our partners, collaborating closely with the partner's product, UX and business teams; and Travel Guard's partner management, solutions delivery, underwriting, marketing, legal and Rapid Learning Lab™ teams
Develop a content strategy, enhanced communication and feedback protocols, joint content creation process and protocols that meet regulatory guidelines and promotes velocity
Convey and reinforce Travel Guard’s content guidelines and principles to our external partners
Help with ideation of content for partners working closely with Travel Guard's marketing team
Oversee content submissions and approvals
Create content guidelines in collaboration with Travel Guard’s marketing and legal teams
Create a repository of content and process documentation
Work in partnership with the Global Programs' Partner Management and Solutions Delivery teams to manage the content initiatives within our roadmaps
Ensure content projects align with our Partners and Travel Guard’s overall content strategy and business objectives
Establish and maintain efficient workflows for content creation, auditing and production to ensure content guidelines are being met
Monitor content submissions from creation to execution, identify potential issues and report on content status
Develop and deliver presentations at a senior client level
Facilitate content meetings and ensure effective communication among internal and external stakeholders
Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to improve efficiency, effectiveness
Assist with other projects, as needed
Estimated travel up to 25%
Basic Qualifications:
Background in content management, content creation or similiar work experience
Good understanding of online sales channels, UX principles and analyzing data
Must have the ability manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills: effectively interact with team members, internal and external stakeholders
Strong organization skills: ability to prioritize multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to identify problems and propose solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimum direction independently and in a team-oriented environment
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management experience
Marketing experience and/or leading marketing initiatives
Knowledge of insurance market, products and services would be helpful
Experience in insurance, fintech/Insurtech, ecommerce and/or account management
