Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. Our Nordic Claims department works with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in Nordic as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims department in Stockholm, Sweden, as a Claims Adjuster within Property.

As a Claims Adjuster at Zurich Nordic, your main responsibility will be to handle Property claims of different complexity in the most effective, proactive, and efficient way whilst delivering excellent claims service supporting both the customer and Zurich. Communicate with all stakeholders, such as customers, brokers, claimants, experts, underwriters, and claim colleagues. The job includes gathering of relevant evidence and information to accurately assess the value of the claim and to recognise potential fraud/recovery indicators.

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience within the insurance market
• Preferably a few years of experience of working within a technical Property claims environment, experiences in other Lines of businesses are a plus
• Good Technical knowledge along the claims handling core processes
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish are required
