HR Student worker

Part-time job within HR at Zurich Insurance

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated student to join our HR department part-time during their studies. You will be based at our Nordic headquarter in the heart of Stockholm.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks commonly found in a HR department. We support our Nordic organization, which consists of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, in all HR-related matters. With us, you will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and become a part of our HR team during your studies.

Key tasks and accountabilities:

• Support with recruitment related tasks
• Support with HR administration

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR department processes and procedures.
• Handle any other ad hoc tasks related to HR department operations as assigned.

You will be hired on an hourly basis and the working occasions are flexible. We expect that you are able to work about 2 days per week on average in parallel with your studies and during semester breaks.

Qualifications:

• At least one year left of your studies
• Administrative skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English

Skills:

• Service minded, flexible and good communication skills
• Ability to co-operate well with both colleagues and customers
• You possess strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
