Labour Law and Governance specialist Nordics
Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. We are now looking for a Labour Law and Governance specialist to strengthen our team and presence.
The Nordic HR team is supporting the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) in all HR related matters. As Labour Law and Governance specialist Nordics you will focus on Nordic Labour Law and HR Governance in all relevant HR areas.
You will provide advice on all HR-related topics under Nordic labour law including monitoring legislative changes. You will collaborate with Legal and Compliance and work closely with other HR colleagues across various areas, such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, and learning & development. You will operate from a Nordic perspective in alignment with our HR and business goals and engage with our international HR colleagues on various projects.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have solid experience in labor law and HR governance, as well as the willingness and ability to implement, develop, and support in a complex and regulated environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or law (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience from a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish labour law
- Knowledge in other Nordic legislation than Sweden is an advantage
- Experience from working with processes and projects
- English and Swedish language spoken and written at a high level
Skills and competencies:
- Good understanding of processes and how to improve efficiency
- Proficiency in systems and skills in Excel are highly valued
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Analytical skills
- Experience of implementing and driving projects
- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
As a person, you have a strong drive and a “can do attitude. You like working independently but with good abilities to co-operate with different stakeholders. You get inspired by working with people and want to develop your knowledge further within HR.
